What are you doing to engage your team members? 2 Years, 3 Months ago
All the experts say engagement equals productivity. But they also say engaged employees are only about 20% of the employee population. That is not a good thing. What do you think about employee engagement and what steps are you taking to make sure your team members are engaged? Denise O'Berry aka "Team Doc"

One of the major changes I have observed with working with customers through Asia is that their whole perspectives on motivating their teams has changed: and has become incredibly challenging with team members all dispersed and located in different countries, different time zones and different experiences on teaming and they are looking at ways to improve team performance! Any suggestions?

Good question. It will become increasingly difficult for teams to do work face to face and more common for teams to be built virtually with team members dispersed around the world. Here are a few ideas that may help you.
