Starting a team is exciting and depressing! 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
If you're just starting out with building teams in your company, you've likely encountered a few people who are all for it, a few who want to "wait and see" and some who flat out refuse to go along.

The good news is that your company is perfectly normal.

The bad news (well, not so bad) is that team building is a process and you'll likely have many more jump on the bandwagon.
