Recession is really a tough time for all of us whether it is for employees or for a company.
We also faced this tough time but I and my coworkers along with our boss planned some tips to make our junior especially new comers stress free.We tried to keep them
remain motivated, determined, and inspired.My boss always says that importance of employee engagement cannot be overstated especially during difficult time.
We tried to create an atmosphere where employees think and act like small business owners.We did this by designing as much decision-making authority and tried to maintain flexibility into their jobs according to their skill, experience, and maturity level and left them to solve their own problems, rather than always being the Answer Guy.
