How to Make Your Meetings More Productive 1 Year, 11 Months ago  
It's a fact. Teams meet more. But meetings are expensive and with all the other work there is to do, you can't afford to waste time.

So how do you go about making your meetings the most productive? Share your tips here.

We make sure that every meeting has an agenda. The agenda includes the specific purpose for the meeting and the expected outcome.

We also make sure we have the right people in the room to accomplish the purpose and outcomes for the meeting.

Well a clear and consice agenda helps me out in every meeting.
I try to remain consistent with the agenda and prevent any subjects that could take us off track.
I also make sure group meeting are small. I normally have a meeting with management first then I hold general meetings. This format has proven to be very effective in getting the point of the meeting across.
