Saying thank you is easy -- just say it -- every time you have an opportunity. Plus you should have a regular method of providing feedback to your team. Integrating this into your day-to-day activities helps them -- and you -- improve.

Team work also builds better interpersonal skills and that can improve your own life; how you handle your spouse, your friends and your family. Man is a social animal and prefers to operate in social units; teams are just one type of these units.

No one is going to be perfectly in tune with you, there will always be friction. The leaders will try to take over, the bullies will bully, and the weaker ones will be taken advantage of. If bullies learn a better way, if leaders learn that sometimes to lead you have to let others take charge, and if the weak become stronger the team will work together better. corporate team building

Just a simple "thank you" would mean so much to a person as long as you have said it sincerely.

But if you want to express your heartfelt thanks in a a way that they would learn and enjoy, Team Building Activity is a good idea. It is a good way to build interpersonal skills and also to unite your team members as well.

One way to tell someone about his weak/strong points is to confront him confidentially, on a one on one basis or it could be another way by giving them exams to be approach to them indirectly. After the results, you go and approach them and tell them their weak points or areas which needs improvement.

Our proven method of experiential team building creates an anchor for each participant by allowing them the opportunity to express the we they think, make decisions and react during team building activities, there by increasing further understanding of co-workers and strengthening relationships in the workplace. It is the common bond that will make your group team building experience a success, not just for the day, but for the life of the team.

Hello,

Saying thank you to your employ is easy, if you want to make it special , you can give some incentive to your employees who are better than others,or just organize a trip or informal get together for them, so they can enjoy their time.

Regards,
