List the possible solutions to the problem led by each of the perspectives. Then assess the solution the solutions in terms of time period required to implement, resources required and the time for which it will be effective. List out the pros and cons of each solution and make a decision. Maintain a record of the whole process for future reference.

Convening a meeting with all people related to the problem and discussing the issue will also help you to gain insight to various perspectives. Each person will express his viewpoint and you can understand and handle the problem in a better way. Then you can hold a brainstorming session to get several solutions to the problem.

Considering various perspectives of a problem makes the task of solving it interesting and challenging. They also help us to improve our current way of doing things. As we practice to solve problem, we learn to be innovative.
